Getting here
Aperia Tower sits a short walk from Lavender station, about five minutes on foot once you are on Kallang Avenue. Parking is in the building if you arrive by car. For a meeting in the studio, come to the eighth-floor reception and we will meet you there. Video is fine when a site visit is not practical this week.

You receive a short email within one working day. If a call is useful we propose two times. If the request sits outside our craft, we say so then.
The call is for the stuck decision, the owner of a future pack, and a view of extracts. You leave knowing whether a diagnostic or a build is next, with no obligation to proceed.
Before the call
Nothing below is required. Each item shortens the first conversation.
- Which accounting system you close in, and whether more than one legal entity is in scope
- Who currently stitches the pack, even if that person also has another job
- The decision that is stuck, in a sentence you could say to a chair
- A rough sense of timing: this quarter, or a later close
- Whether an NDA should be in place before any extract is discussed in detail
