Privacy notice
This notice describes how Businessdatainsights handles personal data you send through this website. It is written for visitors in Singapore and for anyone who uses our forms from elsewhere.
Who we are
Businessdatainsights is a finance analytics collective based at Aperia Tower 2, 10 Kallang Avenue, #08-12, Singapore 339510. We can be reached at [email protected] and on +65 6812 4736, weekdays 09:00–18:00 SGT. This website describes our analytics work. The only personal data we invite is what you type into a form. This notice was revised in 2026.
What the forms collect
The enquiry form on the contact page, and the shorter form in the home hero, ask for a name, a work e-mail address, an optional company name, an optional telephone number, a note about the decision that is stuck, and, on the contact page, a choice of which capability sits closest to your request. The footer form asks for a work e-mail address and an optional line about what you are working on. Each form also records a consent tick, a technical timestamp used to discourage automated submissions, and a hidden field that humans are not meant to fill.
We do not ask for identity numbers or payment card details through this website. Please do not paste employee lists, customer files or other extracts into a form. If a scoping conversation later needs an extract, we will agree a confidential channel first.
Purpose and basis
We use enquiry data to reply to you, to judge whether the work sits inside our scope, and to arrange a scoping call if both sides want one. We use the footer address to send the monthly finance note you asked for. The basis, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, is that you sent the data for those purposes and ticked the consent box. You can withdraw consent by writing to [email protected].
We do not use form data to build lookalike audiences or to score you as a lead. We do not run advertising pixels. A separate cookie notice explains the technical cookie that remembers your banner choice, and the cookies Google Maps may set if you load the map on the contact page.
How long we keep correspondence
The forms on this website do not send mail automatically and do not write your submission into a public database. A person in the collective reads a valid submission and replies from [email protected]. From that point the personal data lives in our e-mail correspondence for as long as the conversation is active. We do not keep a parallel marketing list. If you subscribed to the monthly note and later ask us to stop, we delete that address from the note list.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you from this website, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to stop using it for the monthly note or for further replies. You may ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed for the purpose you wrote about. We will respond to a request sent to [email protected]. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the same person who owns the address.
Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission is the authority that oversees the PDPA. You may contact them if you are not satisfied with how we handle a request. We would rather fix the matter directly during Singapore working days.

This privacy notice was revised in 2026. It applies to this website and to the forms on it. A signed engagement letter for analytics work may add project-specific terms. Where those terms and this notice overlap on project files, the engagement letter governs those files.
